Bounce Back: Reclaim Your Health
A program designed to help adults experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety that may arise from stress or other life circumstances. The project is led by CMHA BC Division.
Dietitian Services at HealthLink BC
Dietitian Services at HealthLink BC, formerly Dial-a-Dietitian, is a free-of-charge, telephone-based nutrition service, provided by the Province of BC, and available to citizens and healthcare professionals in British Columbia. Callers can ask to speak with a Registered Dietitian by simply calling 8-1-1. Dietitian Services is open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Translation services are available in over 130 languages. The option to email a dietitian is also available.

QuitNow Services provides a suite of smoking cessation services free-of-charge to all British Columbians. The services include: QuitNow by Phone, QuitNow Online, and QuitNow by TXT. Additional supports include healthcare provider referrals, Detailers and Quit Tools and Resources.
