Community Group Self-Management Programs
The format of the program is a small group workshop (10 to 16 persons), held once a week for 2 and ½ hours for six consecutive weeks. People can register for a program by:
  • Registering on the website
  • Emailing selfmgmt@uvic.ca
  • Calling within the Lower Mainland 604-940-1273 or toll-free at 1-866-902-3767.
A minimum number of participants is required in order to proceed with a workshop. When workshops are postponed or cancelled, participants will be contacted regarding future workshops.

Programs are delivered by trained program leaders. If you are interested in becoming a program leader, please click on the "Become a Program Leader" icon above.
